River Camp for Rent:  This property is a 10 acre parcel off the Withlacoochee River in North Florida. At least 300 Oak trees abound on this beautiful landscape. Wildlife lives here as well. We have seen Turkey, Deer, Owls, and Rabbits. Seldom do we see snakes, but they do exist! AND THE RIVER IS LOADED WITH FISH The camp for your R.V. is right in the center of the acreage. There is a power pole and water well for you. There is not however a septic system at this point. There are other local campgrounds with dumping stations for your convenience. This property is very rustic. We do have SEVERAL WALKING-HIKING TRAILS WINDING THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY FOR YOU TO EXPLORE NATURE AT IT'S FINEST throughout the property. At night and during the day it is very quite. THE WITHLACOOCHEE RIVER AND CANOE LAUNCH ARE ACCESSIBLE VIA OUR PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH OVER 125 FEET ON THE RIVER. You can fish, Kayak, or Canoe. You can also bring a small Jon Boat for travelling the beautiful Withlacoochee River. There is a fire pit and we will provide some fire wood for you. We invite you to stay for a month or longer. On a few of the weekends, there are other friendly campers on neighboring properties, but for the most part, this area is very private.
